Recently, Haosen smoothly struck a deal on the Stator Line 1 Project with the FAW-CRRC joint venture for the FAW-CRRC Changchun Base.

This August, FAW and CRRC deepened their cooperation in the NEV industry and set up FAW-CRRC E-drive System Co.Ltd. The main products of this joint venture are motor products for the new energy passenger vehicles which are mainly serving for FAW“14th Five-Year Plan” Key New Energy Platform, which involves mainstream vehicle models including high-end sedans, high-end SUVs and MPVs.

The products rolling off this line will be assembled in the FAW Hongqi high-end new energy passenger vehicles. The production line can realize flexible production and is compatible for two stator variants. The planned production capacity is 100k per year and can be further elevated when the following upgrading is completed. Meanwhile this line features an extremely high automation rate, it requires only 3 operators over the complete line area, and thus the production is no more limited by manpower constraints.

It shall be high-lighted that, this is the 1st time for Haosen to undertake a project for oil-cooling hairpin motors. Among all players in the trade, only one car manufacturer has applied this technology onto its passenger car product. All other car manufacturers are still in the planning phase. Currently, the oil-cooling technology has gained recognition from across the trade and it is an unavoidable route for the development of future motor products. With this cooperation, Haosen will take the lead in entering this field and will accumulate experiences for the technology applied in mass production.

The reason for undertaking this project with no hindrance is because of the good cooperation since long time back between Haosen and FAW and CRRC. Ever since 2015, Haosen has been taking the lead entering the new energy market and has been continuously ploughing deep in the field and exploring. Especially in the field of drive motor, Haosen has a strong momentum of development, has successfully implemented a number of domestic and foreign motor projects and has taken hold of key process technology.

This is the 1st project for FAW-CRRC joint venture after its foundation, and all parties are attaching great importance to this project. During the implementation phase of this project, Haosen will definitely and steadily give full play to its own technological advantages in the motor field by forging a benchmark project and achieving win-win results for all parties.
