Post Requirements:

1. Familiar with the products from each laser equipment supplier;

2. Familiar with the interactions between laser system and MES , PLC systems;

3.Take the lead in laser welding commissioning or cleaning project commissioning.

Post Responsibilities:

1. Accomplish process bidding tasks related to laser technologies based on work assignment from the supervisor; ensure that the work contents meets the timeline & quality requirements; 

2. Assist in accomplishing process design tasks related to laser technologies according to customer’s technical agreement and project requirement; ensure that work contents meets timeline & quality requirements; e.g. confirming on laser related process configurations and pre-ordering, reviewing on the related process results and etc;

3. Take the lead in the commissioning work related to laser technologies and assist in handling laser related process issues (such as: dealing with welds deviation, hole-blasting, pseudo soldering and other issues) according to project acceptance standards; ensure that timeline and quality are meeting the requirements.
