Focusing on "People” | Haosen won the title of 2022 Extraordinary Employer

At this time of welcoming the New Year, looking back to Year 2022, we had many outstanding companions newly joined Haosen and were joining us in welcoming various opportunities and challenges ahead.



While witnessing the growth of these companions, we were also welcoming delightful feedback from the trade. After a half-year long on-line eva1uation & selection, the 2022 Extraordinary Employer winners were successfully finalized. Haosen stood out among many of the candidate enterprises and won the honorary title of “Extraordinary Employer”.



In Year 2015, in a context of “business startups and innovation initiatives”, the award of Liepin “Extraordinary Employer” came into being. It aimed at exploring the development trends of the workplace and building a healthy ecology of the workplace in China. In Year 2022, our lives were still under the impacts of international situations and epidemic influences. In this context, the award was attaching more significance to the diversified demands of professionals and was endeavoring in searching for and finding the employer companies who were truly organized by putting “people” at the center.


Haosen puts emphasis on “Warm-feeling management”, and we are promoting for a management culture and organization atmosphere that put “the people” first.


Haosen has always been caring for each of our employees including both employees working abroad and front-line staff; the sole purpose of setting up the Haosen Mutual Fund is to help those employees who are in dire need of financial support in a difficult situation. On festivals and holidays, there are always members from the management having video calls with the employees working abroad and rendering heart-felt greetings. Haosen is not only sending birthday blessings to each of the employees, but also attaching great importance to connecting with the staffs and their family members by activities such as “The Month of Gratitude” and “A Letter from Home” and etc.



Haosen is also attaching importance on the building of spiritual culture and is attentive to the hobbies of employees. Haosen are co-creating the cultural values within the whole company. HSBA- Haosen Basketball Association Match and Haosen Tug-of-War Match have become routine annual competitions. Haosen is also setting platforms, such as English Corner, Badminton, and Talent Show and etc. for people that are sharing same hobbies. Meanwhile, many colorful cultural activities are also carried out regularly throughout the year.




Haosen is emphasizing on the skill training for the employees, professional training programs are tailor-made to employees at different stages, no matter you are freshly graduated “Intelligent Haosen Young Talents” or you are already an “old bird” in this trade for many years. We are providing oriented guidance for the employee’s career development planning, giving support for their “on job training”, and encouraging internal shifting between posts and promotions for the employees.



Haosen is relentlessly pursuing more senses of safety, fair, growth, recognition, pleasure and warmth for the staff and helping them to realize the senses of value and meaning.
