Haosen Makes a Public Appearance on FCVC 2023 with Fuel Cell Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions

From July 5th to 7th, one of the largest, most professional, and most influential events in the field of hydrogen and fuel cell vehicles in China, the International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicle Congress & Exhibition 2023(FCVC 2023), was grandly held at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center.



As an advanced enterprise highly focusing on low-carbon and sustainable energy development, Haosen concentrates on accelerating the arrival of a green and clean world with intelligent manufacturing solutions. On this FCVC 2023, Haosen has made its debut with cutting-edge technology, whole line solutions, laboratory level single machine, test benches and more. Based on the pain points generally concerned by customers in the industry, we shared our latest achievements in hydrogen fuel cell equipment technology with many new and old friends, and discussed on the technology roadmap with upstream and downstream partners in the supply chain to explore future business opportunities.



The ultimate modularity and flexibility demonstrate the charm of intelligent manufacturing. On the exhibition, Haosen brought the whole line solutions for Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL), Proton Exchange Membrane (CCM - Catalyst Coated Membrane), Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA), bipolar plate, stack assembly&test, system assembly&test, hydrogen system assembly&test. Haosen has developed a modular and flexible production line design concept based on its rich experience in long-term deep cultivation in the intelligent manufacturing industry. It can be configured according to customers’ products and process as needed, ensuring the quality of the production line while saving costs for customers.

 

As the earliest enterprise in the domestic industry to achieve compatible production of multiple models on production lines, our whole line solutions not only have equipment flexibility, but also reserve convenient space for capacity expansion in the face of customer demand transitioning from small batch production to large-scale mass production.


Laboratory level single machine, empowering the exploration of mass production scenarios. In the initial stage of hydrogen energy development in China, Haosen provided laboratory level single machine to assist industrial chain enterprises in product research & development, verification, and trial production, and explored for feasible paths for mass production applications. On completing the product development mission, these devices can be transplanted to the production lines, saving costs and resources for the enterprises.


Fuel cell testing equipment provides protection for battery production. Haosen provides professional and highly scalable fuel cell testing equipment. Currently, the product matrix covers 60W-2000W single cell testing, 5kW-300kW stack testing, 30kW-400kW engine system testing, BOP testing (air compressor, circulating pump, hydrogen subsystem, air subsystem, thermal management system, etc.), as well as overall testing laboratory solutions. The key programs are all independently developed and patented by Haosen, ensuring stability and reliability.
